Patricia Pauyo is a Haitian-American registered dietitian and the founder of Pathway Nutrition, a virtual private practice dedicated to helping busy professionals prioritize their health through culturally relevant nutrition strategies, mindset work, and sustainable habit change. With a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and a background in Social Work, Patricia brings both expertise and empathy to her work—guiding clients through chronic disease management and prevention while honoring the cultural foods they love.
