Take a deep dive with the team from Scott & Joe, the cheese, charcuterie, wine bistro, and gourmet goods shop in Nyack, NY. Jessica Kesselman, a Certified Cheese Professional (CCP) with over 15 years in the specialty food industry, and co-host of the legacy cheese-centric podcast, Cutting the Curd on the Heritage Radio Network, will teach you about all things cheese.
In this 90 minute beginner’s class, you will partake in the very best cheeses of the season and the cheese case and learn every little thing about them. From the history, to the milk, to the cheesemaker, to the affineur, to the entire process of cheesemaking, you will get to know it all about five amazing cheeses.
Registration is required, since space is extremely limited.
All registrants must bring $10 in cash to cover the cost of materials.
