New year, new habits and one very delicious resolution: try new cheese. This guided tasting invites you to expand your palate and discover styles you may not have reached for before. Guests will sample five artisan cheeses, learning what makes each one special and how to enjoy them at home with confidence.
The class is led by Jessica Kesselman, ACS CCP, Scott & Joe’s Educator-in-Residence. Jessica is a Certified Cheese Professional by the American Cheese Society and brings years of experience as a cheese educator, beginning her career behind the counter at Murray’s Cheese and later teaching and leading tastings for audiences of all levels. Her approach is warm, informative, and welcoming to beginners and enthusiasts alike.
No prior cheese knowledge required, just curiosity and an appetite for something new.
