See a master chef in action. In a virtual presentation, Chef Graham Lockwood will demonstrate techniques and uses of his favorite holiday spices.
Chef Lockwood's career has encapsulated everything from a five-diamond restaurant in Banff, Alberta to the Oak Long Bar & Kitchen in the Copley Fairmont to more casual venues. In his current role as Culinary Director of the Grafton Group, Graham manages and oversees four restaurants and culinary teams.
