This 6-hour course is open to ALL NYS licensed drivers. Participants are eligible to receive a 10% discount on their auto insurance premiums and reduce up to 4 points.

Preregistration is required. Please visit the library to pay and register. 
A check for $35 made payable to Ian Prastien is required to attend class.

Event Details:

Participants will learn how to make nail art using stamps. There is no experience with art or doing nails required. Stamp designs include flowers, succulents, geographic patterns, mandalas, and holiday themes.
