T'ai Chi Chih® is a moving meditation consisting of 19, gentle and easy to learn movements and 1 pose. The discipline is based on four ancient principles of wellness, wisdom, peace of mind and longevity.
You will experience a sense of calmness, peace, positive energy and improved health.
Please note:
● Equipment is not required.
● Wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
● Classes can be modified for seated participants.
